Abstract

Immune dysfunction is common in people with primary central system lymphoma (PCNSL). PCNSL without immunological dysfunction is exceedingly uncommon and difficult to identify. Here, we report six cases of PCNSL in Nepal that presents the clinical pathologic profile, treatment strategies, and outcomes. Patients were followed up for at least a year after treatment and were in good health, with some complaining of gait disturbances and forgetfulness that were affecting their quality of life. These issues were milder or not seen in younger fit patients.
